What does it look like?

We'll start with a brief introductory phone call. I would love to hear what you're carrying and share how I can support you. 

If we decide to move forward, I'll send you some paperwork, and we'll find a time to meet that works with both of our schedules. 

Initial sessions are about an hour, and the following sessions are 45 minutes to an hour. 

I also offer family therapy which is 90 minutes. 


Initial sessions are $150 (one hour)

Regular sessions are $120- $125 (45 min- one hour)

Family sessions are $140 (90 min)

I believe in making therapy affordable and accessible to all. If you are in need of sliding scale, please ask.

I have learned from experience how difficult it is to stay the course, and have felt rock bottom. I know what it feels like to want to avoid the work at all costs, to run the other way. And I’ve wrestled with trusting the discomfort of staying and leaning in.   

I’ve taken my own advice, used these skills and tools and come out the other side, stronger and wiser, with deeper reverence for the questions than the answers. 

I have professional training, certifications in support of serving others, and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. 

My clients describe me as warm and calming, compassionate and caring, helping people feel at ease and comfortable. 

I will bring my whole self to supporting you during our time together and share everything that I’ve gathered from my training and experience, so that you can make these tools your own as you move forward.
